E-Servo offers an exchange service for industrial servomotors, enabling rapid replacement of a faulty motor in industrial automation and motion control systems.
The principle is straightforward: a refurbished servomotor held in stock is dispatched immediately to allow rapid recommissioning of the machine.
How the Exchange Works
In an exchange, the faulty motor is replaced by an equivalent refurbished servomotor.
The customer then returns their faulty motor to E-Servo.
Motors can be accepted back regardless of their condition, the objective being to inspect, repair and recondition them where possible.
The replaced motor must be returned within 7 days of receiving the exchange unit.

Industrial Solidarity
The exchange principle is also based on a form of industrial equipment pooling.
A motor returned by one customer can, after reconditioning, be used to get another company back up and running elsewhere in the world.
This system helps improve the availability of industrial equipment while promoting more sustainable use of resources.
The exchange principle is part of an industrial reuse and circular economy approach.
A motor returned by a customer can be refurbished and returned to service, extending the service life of industrial equipment.
This approach also reduces industrial waste production and limits the use of critical raw materials such as copper, aluminium and rare earth elements.
Availability and Responsiveness
The exchange principle allows a stock of refurbished servomotors to be maintained ready for dispatch.
This enables rapid response to industrial maintenance needs and minimises production downtime.
Refurbished motors are disassembled, restored and bench tested prior to stocking.
Each motor is delivered with a 12-month warranty.
