Siemens is one of the leading manufacturers of industrial automation and motion control equipment. Siemens servomotors, drives and servo control systems are used in many industrial machines such as machine tools, robots, automated production lines and packaging machines.
For several decades, Siemens has developed successive generations of servomotors and brushless motors, notably the 1FT and 1FK series, used with the SIMODRIVE and then SINAMICS drive systems.

The majority of Siemens servomotors offered by E-Servo are refurbished in our workshop and held in stock, available for direct supply or on an exchange basis, for rapid replacement of a faulty motor.
A refurbished Siemens brushless motor is often a faster solution than a repair and more cost-effective than a new motor. Each motor is disassembled, restored and bench tested, with a 12-month warranty.
E-Servo holds the RecQ label, a certification standard governing industrial reconditioning and operational traceability.
Siemens Servomotor Generations
Several generations of Siemens brushless motors are still in use in industrial machines:
- 1HU: early generations of industrial servomotors
- 1FT5 and 1FT6: synchronous motors used with SIMODRIVE systems
- 1FK6: compact servomotors for industrial automation
- 1FK7 and 1FT7: more recent generations used with SINAMICS systems
Reuse and Circular Economy
The reconditioning of Siemens servomotors is part of a sustainability commitment, grounded in industrial equipment reuse and the circular economy.
The exchange principle allows a motor to be recovered, refurbished and returned to service. This approach extends motor service life and reduces the use of critical raw materials such as copper, aluminium and rare earth elements.

If your motor is difficult to find or the parts are no longer available, we have access to a wide stock of compatible spare parts and suitable replacement solutions, thanks to our inventory, our partner network and our expertise.
Yes, at E-Servo we offer a 12-month warranty on all our reconditioned servomotors. Each motor undergoes rigorous testing to ensure correct operation and reliability before leaving our workshop.
All our servomotors are RecQ-certified and go through bench testing to verify that their performance is equivalent to a new motor. You can therefore be confident that all our products are reliable and ready to be integrated into your industrial equipment with complete peace of mind.
There are no conditions for our exchange service — whether the motor is repairable or not, we accept servomotors in any condition.
Simply provide us with your motor reference, we pull it from stock and dispatch it to you. Once it is fitted to your machine and your production is back up and running, you just need to send us the old motor back within one week so that we can recondition it and return it to stock.
