The Schneider Schneider iSH100/30044/0/1/00/0/10/11/00 servomotor is available as new, on an exchange basis, or as a RecQ-certified reconditioned unit. All repair operations required to restore our brushless motors are carried out in our workshop prior to stocking, then validated through bench testing.
The brand
Schneider
Schneider Electric is a major player in industrial automation and motion control. Schneider Electric servomotors are used in many industrial machines such as packaging machines, automated production lines, robots and special-purpose machines.
Schneider Electric’s current offering is the result of the evolution and integration of several established automation equipment manufacturers, notably Télémécanique, NUM and Elau.
These various technologies are now integrated into Schneider Electric’s automation solutions.
Schneider Electric Servomotors at E-Servo
E-Servo offers reconditioned Schneider Electric servomotors, available:
- For direct supply
- On an exchange basis
These Schneider Electric brushless motors are intended for industrial maintenance and rapid replacement of faulty motors in servo control systems.
A reconditioned servomotor is often a faster solution than a repair and more cost-effective than a new motor, while guaranteeing the reliability required for industrial applications.
All motors are disassembled, reconditioned and bench tested prior to stocking. Each motor is delivered with a 12-month warranty.
E-Servo holds the RecQ label, a certification standard governing industrial reconditioning, operational quality and intervention traceability.
Schneider Electric Servomotor Generations
Several ranges of Schneider Electric servomotors are used in industrial machines:
- Lexium: range of servomotors and drives used in Schneider Electric automation systems
- PacDrive (Elau): automation and motion control solutions used notably in packaging machines
- NUM: control systems and motors used in certain machine tools
- Télémécanique: legacy industrial automation equipment integrated into the Schneider Electric group
These various generations of Schneider Electric servomotors and brushless motors are still present in many industrial installations.
Reuse, Circular Economy and Sustainability
The reconditioning of Schneider Electric servomotors is part of a sustainability commitment, grounded in industrial equipment reuse and the circular economy.
The exchange principle allows a faulty motor to be recovered, reconditioned and returned to service. This approach extends the service life of industrial equipment and reduces the use of critical raw materials such as copper, aluminium and rare earth elements.
