The exchange process at E-Servo follows several steps:
- You send us a photo of the motor nameplate so that we can identify an equivalent model.
- Once the motor has been identified, we dispatch it promptly so it can replace the faulty unit.
- Once received, you install it and restart your production. You then simply return the faulty motor to us within one week.
It is also important to point out that there are no return conditions for the exchange. Whether your motor is repairable or not, we accept it.
Repair or exchange — each solution has its advantages. But when the priority is to get production back up and running quickly, the exchange remains the most effective option.
